For a variety of engagements with APANO AF, like attending an event or supporting us financially, your information is gathered voluntarily through a secure online form powered by EveryAction.

To better serve the community, we also track anonymous information about online engagements, including visitor information (including IP address, operating system, device information, and so on) and the journey visitors take on our website. We analyze this information to ensure our website is easily accessible and navigable.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may use your personal data to: 

  • Register and contact you about upcoming events at your request
  • Process your donations and send receipts
  • Send you correspondence and publications about APANO AF’s programs and partnerships, physically and digitally

APANO AF is not responsible for any damages or liabilities related to any such failure of our security measures. In accessing and engaging with our website, it is understood that unauthorized third parties may access data and communications when transmitted online. Moreover, APANO AF will often include links to external websites. Our ability to ensure our privacy and security does not extend to those external sources.
