Advocacy & Civic Engagement
Our goal is to win concrete changes in local ordinances, state and federal legislation, on ballot measures, and through other public policy.
Endorsements
A political endorsement is an official statement of support from APANO AF for a particular candidate. It means the candidate’s record, performance in office or promise of future relations align greatly with APANO AF’s mission and values to better serve the community.
Portland United for Change
Our region faces serious challenges, and our current approach to solving them is not working. Thousands of Portlanders shared their concerns with the independent Charter Commission about elections and Portland’s outdated commission form of government.
